In addition to our five (5) customer sales and service representatives, who are qualified in all areas of quality control, Dragon Concrete offers the services of a full-time quality control manager and fully certified concrete laboratory. In addition to internal control of production materials and the monitoring of concrete production at our NRMCA (National Ready-Mixed Concrete Association) certified batch plants, our Q.C. manager offers a full range of customer services. These services include providing concrete mix design submittals to meet your project specifications, offering the latest in concrete admixture technology and assistance in on-site quality control matters.
