Jennifer L. Kimball has been promoted to Quality Control Manager at the Thomaston plant of Dragon Cement and Concrete, Maine's largest concrete supplier and New England's only cement manufacturer.

Kimball joined Dragon in 1997 as Plant Chemist and laboratory supervisor. She previously served as an interning engineer in the Technical Department at Simpson Paper Co. in Gilman, Vermont. Kimball is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, the Cement Chemists Society, the American Society for Testing and Materials, and the National Association of Female Executives.

A Rockland resident, Kimball is a 1997 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono, where she earned her bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. Originally from Norway, she is a 1992 graduate of Oxford Hills High School.
